The Center was founded in 1994 and since then it was visited by over 4800 patients from ALL OVER THE WORLD!!! the Clinic offers its patients a WIDE RANGE OF VARIOUS THERAPIES combined into an intense and effective program.
The most important goal for the patients who suffer from CP and related disorders is to gain the ability to walk independently and at the same time, to become independent from their parents and guardians. The Euromed Rehabilitation Center in Poland is able to help these people to achieve their goals.
Accomodation
The Euromed Center is located in the SYRENA facility, three storey building , - block from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Each room has a private bathroom, a shower adapted for the disabled, television set with satellite TV, private telephone and a small refrigerator. Many room have also balconies. The patients and a guardian's a two or three bed accommodation in a room adapted for disabled people. Additional guests may stay for an extra fee. In most of the rooms three or more people sleep comfortably.
Free time
Afternoon and evening it is a time to relax after the hard work and a long day, but you still have an option to play ping-pong or pin ball in the Green Room Café, possibilities of organizing trips to local cities and towns, go sightseeing or shopping in the local malls, enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches [ two minutes walk from the Center] or have a delicious dinner in many cozy restaurants nearby.
Therapy
28 day rehabilitation sessions [ accordingly to the annual schedule, click !!!! include six days of therapy each week with one day of rest. The patient is treated 4-5 hours a day, including 90-120 minutes of application the Adeli Suit. The length of time in a the suit depends on Euromed's physician's recommendations and the patient's abilities.
Transportation
Euromed Center guarantee the transportation service from and to the airports
